Project Details
Taylor’s Folklore album has always reminded me of my grandparents’ house. It stirs up fond memories of the old log home they built themselves, littered with old books and wool blankets. A house I grew up in, and first heard the story of how my grandparents met - amongst many other family stories. After playing around with a few ideas, I knew I wanted to incorporate pieces of my grandparent’s cabin in my photographs. Their chandelier - the first thing I see when I walk in through the front door. And my grandmother’s old jewlery - from the antique chest I would rummage through as a little girl. I invite you to listen along with me.
